Winter can be exhausting, Seasonal Affective Disorder can be in full swing, and many of us crave the warmth of community without responsibility.
All activities are OPTIONAL. You can stay in your yoga pants or your swimsuit all weekend!
Breakfast is included with your hotel room rate. All other food will be home-cooked, nutritious, and will taste delicious!
